Autodesk Inc based in Sausalito, California has announced AutoCAD, computer-aided design and drafting software for the Apple Macintosh II: AutoCAD Release 10 features 3D wireframe construction and surface modelling, is upwards-compatible with previous AutoCAD versions, and features includes new drawing, viewing and database features which the makers claim could only be found in more costly turnkey systems; price and availability will be announced in the third quarter.
