AUSTRIAN STATE HOLDING COMPANY TO REDUCE STAKE IN SIEMENS

The Austrian state holding company is to reduce its stake in $1,100m-a-year Siemens AG Osterreich to 26% from 43.6%, and will initially offer the shares to a Siemens holding company in Zurich, Switzerland; it looks for between $120m and $160m from sale of the investment.
