Irvine, California-based Aurora Electronics Inc has definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Century Computer Marketing Inc, a privately held Marina del Rey, California distributor of new and refurbished spare parts to the computer maintenance market worldwide: Aurora says it will pay about $29m cash and $4m in new Aurora shares and will also assume some liabilities; it reports that Century achieved 1993 turnover of about $40m.
