Aura Systems Inc, the El Segundo, California company with the virtual reality vest is to buy 100% of MYS Corp, a maker and OEM supplier of audio speaker systems to the consumer electronics industry on undisclosed terms. MYS is headquartered and has its engineering facilities in Japan, with factories in Malaysia and the United States as well.
