San Diego-based Audre Recognition Systems Inc warns that it believes its working capital at mid-March and the net cash it expects to receive from existing receivables and orders to be shipped will not be adequate to sustain its current level of operations beyond June and it is in a frantic quest for new finance, which it expects to find.
