AT&T UNHAPPY ABOUT SECRET CONTRACTS

AT&T Co has filed suits in Washington Federal District Court against MCI Communications Corp, Sprint Corp and WilTel Inc for providing interstate telecommunications services under secret contracts for the past two years – in November, the US Court of Appeals in Washington confirmed that it is unlawful for telecommunications carriers to provide interstate services at rates or with terms and conditions that are not publicly filed with the US Federal Communications Commission.
