AT&T TO SLASH PRICES ON ITS NEW OLIVETTI-SOURCED WORKGROUP SYSTEM PCS

AT&T Co has had to slash prices on its new Olivetti-sourced Workgroup System personal computers by up to 28% in the US: the cuts cover the 6286, 6312 and 6386, with the entry 80386-based machine down to a more competitive $3,500, from UKP4,900.
