AT&T Co says that it has filed with the US Federal Communications Commission to offer its toll-free International 800 calling service from Hong Kong to the US mainland and Hawaii from September 19: the addition of Hong Kong would bring to 25 the number of countries where US companies can do business without expanding staff or opening new offices, as well as making AT&T’s 800 service to Hawaii state available from six foreign countries.
