AT&T SIGNS GENICOM TO OEM AGREEMENT

By CBR Staff Writer

AT&T has signed up printer king Genicom Corp to provide it with a specially-configured version of the 5010 Laser Printer under a multi-year OEM agreement: the AT&T 495 will be sold as a peripheral connected to several of the company’s computer systems, and it has been particularly designed to support several printer commands, including AT&T’s own integrated PC Image Director graphics pack; neither company estimated a value for the pact.
