AT&T Co has signed an agreement with Moddata SA of Brazil to bring global public electronic mail service to the country and has appointed Moddata as marketing representat-ive for its international private line services: under the agreement with AT&T Easylink Services, Moddata becomes the first company to provide customers in Brazil with local access to any global electronic mail network; Moddata is a marketer of telecommunications equipment and services in Brazil.
