AT&T Co has shipped a second version of its System V Release 4 source code, including code for Unix System V/386 Release 4.0, to members of Unix International Inc. It also says it will no longer require binary run-time licensing fees for copies of the Open Look graphical user interface, included on the source code tapes, and will incorporate Sun Microsystems’ OpenFonts scalable font technology into the new release, to provide scalable fonts for use in Open Look applications.
