Hector, Minnesota-based Communications Systems Inc signed a definitive agreement to buy several product lines from AT&T Co for $2.5m: the products include AT&T’s industry-standard line of multi-pair connecting blocks, related mounting brackets and their family of screw-type telephone connectors, it said.
