AT&T Co has sold the 91m savings shares it acquired in Carlo de Benedetti’s Compagnie Industriale Riuniti SpA holding company in exchange for its Ing C Olivetti & Co SpA shares, getting $200m from Sprind Gestione SpA for them; AT&T still holds 91m ordinary shares, representing a 17% shareholding; Sprind is another of the companies controlled by Carlo de Benedetti.
