AT&T Corp is selling the assets of the AT&T Global Information Solutions Information Imaging Systems division to First Financial Management Corp’s First Image Management Company: the business provides computer output microfilm, micropublishing, print and mail, computer processing, laser printing and other related imaging and printing services from 13 data centres across the US; it has 220 employees and some 850 customers; no terms.
