Gossip that AT&T Corp was about to buy Cabletron Systems Inc seems to be wide of the mark (CI No 2,491) but talk that AT&T is to remarket Cabletron hubs was good. AT&T Global Information Solutions will take the full Cabletron family of hubs and it will also be servicing them.
