AT&T RAISES PRICES ON LEASED RESIDENTIAL PHONES

AT&T Co has raised prices on leased residential phones by 45c/ to 95c/ a month and guarantees they won’t go up again before 1990: it has also increased the range of phones offered to its customers and in particular now has a Memory Telephone 410 that will dial one of 12 stored numbers at the touch of a button, has a lighted dial with buttons to redial the last number called and put calls on hold – $8.85 a month.
