AT&T Global Information Solutions is to use Guildford, Surrey-based Network Managers Ltd’s NMC 4000 network management system as a base for management of Windows NT servers and network environments in its StarSentry System 3000 management system. The system comprises NMC 4000, a Server Manager for local and remote monitoring of System 3000 servers and Microsoft Corp’s Systems Management Server for software management and remote desktop administration. The system is said to be currently in testing at customer sites and is scheluled to ship next quarter; there is no word yet on pricing.
