AT&T Network Systems Espana SA the AT&T Network Systems BV and Amper SA joint venture, has opened a centre for the development and manufacture of telecommunications equipment near Madrid: AT&T Network Systems has invested $100m in the centre which adds to its five other European development centres; the first project will be dedicated to developing ISDN access systems.
