AT&T MICROELECTRONICS HAS ATT3000 PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAYS

Berkeley Heights, New Jersey-based AT&T Microelectronics Inc has ATT3000 field-programmable gate arrays operating with 150MHz toggle rates so that they can be used in system designs of 50-MHz clock rates and higher: the family extends from 2,000-equivalent gates (ATT3020) to 9,000-equivalent gates (ATT3090) and the 100-up prices are $228 for the ATT3090-150M84 and $259 for the ATT3090-150J160; samples this quarter, volume next.
