AT&T Microelectronics Inc, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, has turned to Mitsubishi Electric Corp for static RAM technology: the five-year agreement, covering technology-sharing, worldwide marketing and manufacturing, provides AT&T with access to Mitsubishi’s static design and process technology beginning with the 256K-bit parts, and gives it timely access to all future generations of static design and technology starting with the 1M.
