AT&T Co’s Unix System Laboratories Inc has now filed with the US Securities & Exchange Commission details of an employee share ownership plan as part of the proposed sale of equity stakes to manufacturers committed to Unix System V.4. AT&T says that that private placing is now taking place and that 20% to 30% will be sold.
