AT&T Co has formed WorldPlus Inc, a new subsidiary that will offer global communication services: the first service available from WorldPlus will enable customers to make calls from 40 countries by calling a toll-free number to access the system; subscribers will receive a single bill for calls made worldwide, and a variety of services such as speed-dialling and sequence calling will be made available.
