AT&T Co has now merged its own communications equipment business with that of its Paradyne Inc acquisition, naming the combined business AT&T Paradyne. It will have its headquarters at the existing Paradyne premises in Largo, Florida. No firm figures have been given by AT&T, but it is estimated that AT&T Paradyne will start life with annual turnover running at over $700m.
