American Telegraph & Telephone Co has slashed prices on the IBM Personalikes it gets from Olivetti, with the 10MHz 8086-based PC 6300 Plus with one floppy cut 38% to $1,590, the 40Mb hard disk model cut 29% to $3,065; the newest, 6310, 80286-based AT-alike model is cut by about 5% with a single floppy version falling to $2,900; the price reductions on the low-end 8086-based 6300s are 17% to 23%.
