AT&T BANS PREGNANT WOMEN FROM CHIP WORK

Spurred by the research at DEC which seemed to show a higher incidence of miscarriages among pregnant women working on its semiconductor lines than in the population generally (CI No 593) AT&T has banned pregant women from its chip and moved them on to other work.
