Making it clear that despite all the bluster, the UK is one of the few international markets where it is able to do really big business, AT&T Co has named Merrill Tutton to the new post of president of AT&T United Kingdom: Tutton will be responsible for those parts of AT&T’s business focused on the UK market, where AT&T has about 7,000 employees – and Tutton is no meek minion he was previously senior vice-president, Global Strategy.
