AT&T Co’s AT&T Network Cable Systems has formed an equally-owned joint venture with Raychem Corp to develop and manufacture sealed cable termination blocks for sale by AT&T and Raychem in global telecommunications markets: called Access Network Technologies, it is to be in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.
