Atos Origin Q3 revenues down 1.5% to €1.21bn

Posts operational cash flow of EUR83m for nine months

By CBR Staff Writer

Atos Origin has reported total revenues of €1.21bn for the third quarter of 2010, a decrease of 1.5% compared to €1.23bn for the same quarter prior year.

The company’s revenue from managed services, systems integration, consulting and medical BPO decreased by 6.9%, 3.5%, 11.2% and 7.5% to €452m, €412m, €48m and €40m, respectively, compared to the third quarter of 2009.

With an increase of OMDA resulting from improvement of the operating margin, the company generated an operational cash flow of €83m during the first nine months of 2010.

For the fiscal 2010, Atos Origin expects to increase its operating margin by +50 to +100 basis points, and expects a slight organic decrease in the Q4 revenue, due to the Arcandor bankruptcy.
