As one door closes, another opens, and as Atlantic waves goodbye to its Networks arm, it is expanding its US leasing operations with the acquisition of small Westport, Connecticut player Datalease Corp Inc, which specialises in mid-range IBM, DEC and Wang machines, and had pre-tax profit of $4m on $25m turnover last year, and a $65m portfolio at over 200 New York area company.
