ATARI WEIGHS IN AGAINST NINTENDO WITH ANTITRUST SUIT

Atari Corp, as well as the eponymous but now unrelated Atari Games Inc, is now in dispute with Family Computer maker Nintendo Co, and has weighed in against the Japanese company with a $250m antitrust suit, alleging that Nintendo has wrongfully maintained monopoly power by prohibiting the creators of games licensed for play on its game consoles from selling their own games for use on other systems.
