Atari Corp and Sega Enterprises Ltd have now completed their previously announced deal under which Sega paid Atari $50m for a licence covering the use of a library of Atari patents and will make a $40m equity investment in Atari at $8.50 a share; the companies have entered into cross-licensing agreements that extend to the end of 2001.
