ASYSTEL ACQUIRES BELGIAN ARM OF IBL’S PC OPERATIONS

French Personal Computer dealer and leasing information provider Asystel SA, which bought IBL Plc’s French, German and Portuguese PC operations for UKP2.5m in June (CI No 709), has paid a further UKP750,000 to acquire the Belgian arm as well.
