Asymetrix Corp has acquired Bellevue, Washington neighbour ServerWare Inc on undisclosed terms, and says the acquisition gives it innovative database technology, additional Windows development talent and database marketing expertise. All ServerWare employees join Asymetrix immediately. Asymetrix will release InfoDesigner, a Windows-based database modelling system, previously under development by ServerWare, in the autumn and says it simplifies the design process for complex database systems.
