Workplace management software provider Asure Software is planning to release mobile options of its meeting room management offering, enabling users to access their meeting reservations on their Apple iPad or iPhone from wherever they are.
Asure’s Meeting Room Manager Mobile Apps give users secure access to their meetings via a link on their mobile device. Access gives users the visibility into meeting reservations, resources, and the ability to book and change meetings.
In addition, clients also can access meeting reservations through Asure’s Meeting Room Manager Mobile Web, which provides all of the functionality of PC-based Meeting Room Manager software via a web browser for easy access to meeting reservations.
Asure Chief Executive Officer Pat Goepel said Meeting Room Manager Mobile Apps will give users access to the powerful resource scheduling tool right from the palm of their hands.

Companies are trying to squeeze every ounce of productivity from all of their resources, and we’re helping to make that possible by providing our customers with an online scheduling mobile option to make and access meeting reservations wherever business takes them," said Goepel.
Asure Chief Operating Officer Steven Rodriguez said the addition of Meeting Room Manager Mobile Apps to Asure’s product offering is complementary to the time and labor management mobile option Asure added to its portfolio as a result of the acquisition of Legiant at the end of last year.
