By CBR Staff Writer

Astea International Inc, the Horsham, Pennsylvania client-server customer interaction software developer, announced Monday that it expects to post a first-quarter loss in the range of $12m to $16m. The loss is partly fueled by downsizing, as it will include a restructuring charge of $5m to $8m associated with severance, office closing and other consolidation costs.
