Spelling out yet more gloom for dealers, Irvine, California-based AST Research Inc has savaged prices on its desktop personal computers again, announcing reductions of 13% to 32% on six models of its Bravo and Premium II lines of 20MHz 80386SX personal computers: biggest fall is on the Bravo 386SX/20 Model 3V, which is now $1,300, off 32% for a 2Mb floppy disk system with Super VGA; the Premium II 386SX/20 with floppy is off 20% at $1,600, 80Mb version is off 16% at $2,100 and the 210Mb off 13% at $2,600.
