Also a part of the agreement is Benefit Manager, an online tool that gives employees access to health information, online review and comparison of multiple benefit plan choices and ‘what-if’ modeling of different benefit cost scenarios.
Benefit Manager includes automated assistance in choosing and enrolling in selected benefits. Employees are able to monitor the use and cost of health services and become more comfortable in making informed benefit decisions.
