Two Cap Gemini Sogeti SA affiliates are exchanging assets: Volmac Software Groep NV says it has agreed provisionally to sell 51% of its Volmac Facility Centre accounting centre to the Debis Systemhaus CCS unit of Daimler Benz AG: the deal will give the centre access to all the computer capacity, network facilities and expertise of Debis and Volmac will market and sell all services of the joint venture in the Benelux; Volmac declined to give financial details of the transaction, but said it would have no substantial effect on the results.
