ASR Corp has brought in a 32-bit workstation board incorporating the functions of up to five boards: the Liberator single board computer from Integrated Solutions Inc crams in an MC68020 CPU, main memory, disk and local network controllers, and graphics co processor; it runs either Berkeley 4.3 BSD or Unix System V; samples cost $11,000 and OEM sales of 1,500 boards to Japanese manufacturers is the target for the first year.
