Palm Beach, Florida-based Aspen Marine Group Inc, the company that bought rights and assets to IBM Corp’s PCRadio business, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The move was precipitated by a creditor’s lien placed on its Aptek Communications Inc subsidiary which handles PCRadio – over the inventory acquired from IBM. The firm is confident it will be able to reorganise and return from bankruptcy.
