The greater scalability and customization that the upgrade offers EMFS, should provide better management of business processes.

Steve Roberts, business director of EMFS, explained, One of the key benefits of upgrading to Microsoft CRM Version 3.0 is that it will provide us with improved customization options that will enable us to capture and store information in the way that works best for us. In addition, because our people are already familiar with Microsoft CRM we don’t have to spend time and money on long training sessions.

The system will speed up operations by automating processes, such as identifying the most appropriate EMFS medical professional for the customer, based on the skills required for the particular case and their immediate proximity to it. The extensive and granular reporting functionality provided by Microsoft CRM version 3.0 will also allow EMFS accurate recording and easy retrieval of information should it be required to support judicial processes.

Dean Carroll, VP of Microsoft CRM at Aspective, said, MS CRM version 3.0 is ideal for SMEs because it is highly customizable and offers a solid platform that can easily move forward to meet changing customer demands. We’re expecting a lot of customers to follow suit and upgrade as they recognize the benefits that version 3.0 has to offer.

EMFS plans to extend its use of MS CRM to more than 100 users and to include all of its customer management processes in the next 12-18 months. It will make be also be available to staff in their contact centers and medical experts in the field wherever they are, and regardless of the time of day.
