Application service provider FutureLink Corp has bought KNS Distribution Ltd for $44.3m to give itself a European presence. FutureLink, which has recently been used by Microsoft Corp and Corel Corp to host online productivity suite projects, is buying the Citrix distributor in a deal that is expected to close by the end of this year.
