Bilthoven, Netherlands-based Advanced Semiconductor Materials International NV has now found an unidentified European company to take its ASM Fico Tooling BV unit off its hands: the buyer is paying about $32.6m cash plus the assumption of Fico’s liabilities, including bank debt of about $17m; Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc had been negotiating to buy the business.
