Mountain View, California-based Ask Computer Systems Inc can breathe a little easier following news that dissident shareholder James Lennane has turned in his hand: he has sold 1.56m shares, nearly all of his 8% plus holding, at $10.25 a share in an open market transaction giving him a modest profit on his stake.
