ASK Computer Systems, Los Gatos, California has completed a massive $4.8m order from Western Digital Corp, Irvine, for management information systems. The contract covers ASK’s Manman integrated manufacturing system for three sites. It will run alongside other applications on three DEC VAX 8700s in Irvine, and an 8550 each in Ponce, Puerto Rico and Cork, Eire.
