Ashton-Tate Corp, Torrance, California has appointed database languages guru and developer of IBM’s Query By Example, Dr Moshe Zloof to be its senior scientist in charge of software development: he will be Ashton-Tate’s chief architect of advanced user interfaces for database applications development.
