IBM Corp is consolidating its three businesses that sell computers and educational services to schools and companies into a new group, IBM Education Businesses. The new operation will include EduQuest, which sells to elementary and secondary schools; Academic Information Systems, which sells to higher education establishments, and Skill Dynamics, which provides computer and management training to IBM’s own managers and to other companies.
