IBM Canada Ltd, Toronto is to sell its Securities Industry Services business to Westbridge Computer Corp in which it has a 27% stake already, on undisclosed terms. The unit is doing about $22m a year. About 130 IBM Canada employees are affected, primarily in the Toronto area, the company said.
