Computer Associates International Inc hopes to derail IBM Corp’s onerous software pricing policy with its new Enterprise Licensing programme, to which it has just signed Citicorp, New York. For one annual flat fee, Citicorp can use a variety of software, to a ceiling where, when, how and how often it wants with no licence, upgrade, relocation, transfer or assignment fees.
