Artisoft Inc is offering free trial versions of its network software via the company’s WorldWide Web site, www.artisoft.com, and on CD-ROM. Users can download a two-user, Windows95 version of Artisoft’s LANtastic 7.0 network operating system. The free trial version of the LANtastic system is limited to 45 days. And another offer, beginning in early March, is a Small Business Solutions CD that will provide time-limited trial versions of five Artisoft networking and communications solutions: LANtastic 7.0 for Windows95, Artisoft ModemShare 7.0, CoSession Remote 7.0, XtraMail for Windows NT/95, and i.Share 2.0. End users worldwide will be able to order the free CD-ROM through the company’s Small Business Information Center.
